Earn your 95-hour Yoga Alliance RCYT Certification through four modules — take one for training or all four for full certification. Our hybrid format blends self-paced online lessons with live and Zoom sessions for flexible learning.
Format: 19 hrs live training, 13 hrs online self-paced, 3 hrs Zoom
What you'll learn:
Learn how to teach yoga for ages 0–6, including postnatal classes, toddlers, preschoolers, and family yoga. Gain tools for themed journeys, stories, games, and songs while understanding early childhood development. You'll also explore best practices for language, business skills, and lesson planning.
Focus on teaching elementary kids, pre-teens, and teens. Explore class design, classroom management, mindfulness projects, journaling, and trauma-informed yoga. Learn how to support students with special needs such as ADHD, autism, or sensory challenges.
Blend yoga with creative expression — music, art, dance, and storytelling. Explore acro and aerial elements, intuitive painting, partner yoga, and event planning. You'll also gain tools for building your own kids yoga business, including marketing and social media.
Complete all four modules to become a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT) with Yoga Alliance.
